After we admired the Chanel S/S 13 collection and we were captivated by all the pops of candy colors and over-the-top pearls juxtaposed with refined silhouettes featured on the runway, Karl Lagerfeld photographed models Stella Tennant, Ondria Hardin and Yumi Lambert and revealed the Chanel Spring 2013 advertising campaign.
Photographed in New York , the campaign is supposed to look , like a traditional Japanese tee house complete with straw mats and tables, but instead….Oh, wait? It’s just me or it’s looking a little bit like Ikea ? Anyways, you can draw your own conclusion.
I just like it cause The Kaiser kept the things simple and slightly subversive.
